The double cone rotary vacuum dryer should be used in an environment with an air humidity of ≤ 85% RH, strong resistance to combustible materials in the surrounding vacuum dryer, no obvious vibration sources, and strong magnetic fields.

If the item is damp, a filtering device should be added between the vacuum box and the mechanical pump to prevent humid gas from entering the mechanical pump and causing common malfunctions.

After multiple uses, the double cone rotary vacuum dryer may produce the phenomenon of not being able to vacuum package. In this case, the door seal should be replaced or the lifting distance of the door buckle on the shell should be adjusted to solve the problem.

When the temperature of the truly empty double cone rotary vacuum dryer exceeds 200 ℃, slow steam leakage will occur (except for 6050, 6050B, 6051, and 6053). At this time, remove the back cover plate of the shell double cone rotary vacuum dryer and use an Allen wrench to unscrew the electric heater base, replace the sealing ring or tighten the electric heater base to solve the problem.
